TCKM-32S主軸移動型高速精密車銑中心采用對列雙主軸，車銑中心的兩個主軸可同時對不同的零件進行車銑復(fù)合加工，加工效率高。刀具部分采用空間3D排式刀架，換刀快速可靠，可以安裝較多刀具，并配有動力刀具可以完成各種銑削、鉆削甚至磨削功能。兩主軸均帶有分度軸C軸。主軸和付主軸以及動力刀具相配合，可以一次完成零件的正面以及背面的車削、銑削、鉆削等加工工序。并可完成零件的四軸聯(lián)動控制加工，雙主軸夾持零件同步加工，剛性攻絲等功能。車銑中心采用結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的高強度、高剛性密烘鑄鐵機體，各運動軸配用進口高精度直線導(dǎo)軌及滾珠絲杠、進口精密級成組軸承，并可以通過進口高精度光柵尺及環(huán)形編碼器來精確反饋軸的位置，真正做到全閉環(huán)控制，以完成零件的精密加工。

車銑中心可以方便的配備自動送料器、自動接料器、自動排屑器、自動防護門等多種附加設(shè)施，并組成柔性加工生產(chǎn)線，以完成自動化加工。本類車銑中心尤其適合航空、航天、軍工、汽車、摩托車、通訊、制冷、光學(xué)、家電、微特電子、電子、鐘表等行業(yè)的各種高精度、多批量、外形復(fù)雜的零件的精密復(fù)合加工。

TCKM-32S is high speed precision turning and milling machining center with driving spindle. It uses lining double-spindle, which is capable of performing the combination of turning and milling on the different work piece with high machining ef?ciency at a time. The part of cutter adopts lining tool post with space double-axis. Tool changer is fast and reliable,and many tools can be held in the machine. Driving tools are ?tted to perform a number of machining operations of milling, grinding and drilling. Dividing shaft C is mounted to the double-spindle, the spindle and counter spindle cooperates with driving tool to perform a number of working procedures on the work piece of the obverse and the reverse sides with single setup: turning, milling and drilling. In additions, the machine is capable to complete 4-axis compound control process of work piece. The double-spindle clamps work piece to complete synchronous machining and rigidity tapping. On the one hand, the machine body uses precision casting with high rigidity and optimized structure. All driving shafts are equipped with imported linear guide and ball screw with high accuracy, and precision bearing group. On the other hand, the machine can perform work piece machining with high precision by the imported DRO with high accuracy and ringlike coder to feedback the shaft position to realize closed loop-control, to achieve the precise workpiece machine.

It is convenient for the machine to install many additional facilities: automatic feeder, automatic receiver, automatic chip removal and automatic protecting door, which can form ?exible production line to perform machining automatically. The machine is applied to precision compound machining of work piece having high accuracy, mass serial production and complicate appearance in aviation, space?ight, war industry, automobile, motorcycle, communication, refrigeration, optics, electrical home appliances, electronics, micro-electronics, clock and so on.

今日標準TCKZ-16系列機床是瑞士型高速精密數(shù)控縱切自動車床，屬于電腦走心機類型的機床。該類數(shù)控走心機適合長徑比較大的“細長軸類”零件以及“細小”零件的大批量、多品種、高精度的加工任務(wù)。

　　走心機的刀具排布采用兩軸控制排式刀架排布的結(jié)構(gòu)，結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、換刀快捷、可靠性極高。機床具有超長行程的Z軸，行程可達235mm。因此機床在加工較長零件時，和同類機床相比，可以明顯減少送料次數(shù)，提高加工效率。對于許多長度在180-240mm的零件，可以一次送料完成零件全長度的加工。

　　走心機配有高速精密同步導(dǎo)套，因此可以完成對鋼件、不銹鋼件的大批量精密加工以實現(xiàn)高品位零件的高速切削。

　　走心機配備三軸鉆孔加工功能，可以完成零件軸端的鉆孔及攻絲的加工。并且針對客戶的零件，可以選配安裝具有正面及側(cè)面鉆孔、銑扁加工功能的動力刀具功能模塊以完成各種軸件的精密鉆、銑加工。

　　走心機的送料部分可以配備自動送料器，接料部分可安裝短件接料器及長件接料器，以實現(xiàn)一人操作、看護多臺機床的“一人多機”加工模式，為工廠節(jié)省人力資源。還可以配備自動排屑器等多種附加設(shè)施并組成柔性加工生產(chǎn)線，以完成自動化加工。
