工作原理 
在一定溫度下，低純度氮?dú)庵械臍堁跖c碳載催化劑提供的碳發(fā)生氧化反應(yīng)；C﹢O2=CO2生成的CO2經(jīng)變壓吸附工藝去除及深度脫水，得到高純度氮?dú)狻?/p>

Under a certain temperature,  oxygen gas and carbon provided from catalyst have oxidation reaction C ﹢ O2 = CO2 .The CO2 and water removed by the PSA technology, finally get the high purity N2.
