一. 定義：Definition

 

壓實(shí)密度的計(jì)算公式：壓實(shí)密度=面密度/材料的厚度

在鋰離子電池設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中，壓實(shí)密度=面密度/(極片碾壓后的厚度—集流體厚度) ，單位：g/cm3

壓實(shí)密度分為：負(fù)極壓實(shí)密度Anode density（或稱(chēng)為陽(yáng)極壓實(shí)密度）和正極壓實(shí)密度Cathode density（或稱(chēng)為陰極壓實(shí)密度）。

二. 原理: Principle:

 

鋰離子動(dòng)力電池在制作過(guò)程中，壓實(shí)密度對(duì)電池性能有較大的影響。通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)證明，壓實(shí)密度與片比容量，效率，內(nèi)阻，以及電池循環(huán)性能有密切的關(guān)系。

三.適用范圍：Scope of application
